Draft script for the 1979 film. Here under the temporary title, "Neither Losers Nor Winners." With annotations throughout in holograph ink. The film was released in Italian, though with American actors Peppard and Hamilton dubbed in Italian. The text of this draft is in English, created for consideration by the US cast and crew in the film's pre-production phase.
Noted Italian director Umberto Lenzi ultimately directed the film under the pseudonym Hank Milestone.
In 1939, six friends who met at a Parisian cafe vow to meet there again at the end of the war. They are of different nationalities, one is British, another German, two Americans and two Frenchmen. Only three survive the war and the Liberation of Paris to return to the cafe.
Set in Paris, shot on location there, as well as Spain.
