    Very clean set of Lionel Strongfort hollow dumbbells. Featured equipment used for Strongfortism exercise program in the 1920's, created by legendary German strongman Max Unger. These dumbbells' are hollow and would be filled with sand or bird shot to add weight. This was to keep shipping costs down for the worlds first mail away
    correspondence
    exercise program, from the late teen's through the 1920's. The system featured low weight hi rep training. This particular set are in very good condition and still have much of there shiny chrome intact. Also both of the metal stopper set screw's are still included. A true piece of
