Shipping
: We offer free shipping and package tracking in the domestic United States. We typically ship the same or next business day of payment (see our feedback about our quick shipments!). Most orders Mon-Sat before noon EST ship the same day. Book and other media orders are usually shipped via USPS Media Mail. USPS Media Mail deliveries should arrive within 2-9 business days (M-F) from the ship date excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, PR, FPO and APO address locations (service in these locations varies and may be excluded). Expedited shipping is often available ... please inquire before purchase. There may be an additional fee for expedited shipping services.
Curbside Pickup
: We offer complimentary contact-free curbside pickup for our customers in the Florence, SC area.  Let us know when you’re in our parking lot and we’ll bring your item to you.  Simply provide a copy of your order and a government issued ID to claim your purchase.
International Purchases
: International buyers are responsible for all customs taxes, fees and charges imposed by the destination country.  In the event of a return or refund, any marketplace program fees will need to be worked directly with the marketplace.
Returns
: Should there be a problem with an order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. For defective items, we will pay the postage to return the item. Return shipping for these items is free. Non-defective items will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may involve a chargeback. Unless there is food contamination or a manufacturing defect with software and music CDs, those items are not returnable once they have been opened. Likewise, U S postal regulations prohibit the shipment of items that could have contained toxic and/or flammable material. All items must be returned within 30 days in their original purchased condition with any manuals, accessories, discs, etc.
