Midmark IQmark Digital Spirometer
Plastic clips are cracked, cable where it enters the unit is worn, see photos.
I was able to download a driver from midmark.com, and Windows 10 shows it installed as "Midmark Diagnostics Spirometer", but no idea of how to test further, so sold as-is.
