    Blue untitled wrappers. Title page present, dated August 1, 1979, noted as First Revision, with credits for screenwriter Hersch. 121 with last page of text numbered 119. Xerographic duplication, later generation, with photocopied punch holes. Pages Near Fine and wrapper Near Fine, bound with two gold brads.
