Stainless Steel, has had some light corrosion on exterior, appears to heave been cleaned up some at one point, can see brass through plating on the locking mechanism.  Measures about
12" x 10" x 12", with
2 cement board shelves.  I don't know anything about these types of units, or the history of this specific unit - what you see is what you get.  Would make a really cool little industrial type display cabinet.
